Beach Views And Stunning I Dos In This Puerta Vallarta Destination Wedding

"I remember thinking that I couldn’t believe that we were finally here. All the time, energy, and planning were all for this one moment and we were finally going to be husband and wife. When I started my walk down the aisle and saw Patrick’s face, we didn’t take our eyes off of each other. For that moment, it was like no one else was there. He started crying and looked at me just as I had hoped, which made my heart just melt. I will forever remember that moment." – Asha, Bride

“The most memorable part for me was seeing Asha during our first look. The anticipation and excitement of seeing each other for the first time that day was so special, and she looked so beautiful, I could not stop crying! Just when I thought I was safe from the tears, seeing her then walk down the aisle made me lose it all over again. After 7 years, she was finally going to be my wife!” – Patrick, Groom

"The Maracas we purchased in town at a local flea market. Since we were in Mexico, I wanted to incorporate the culture in some way, so I loved the idea of using the maracas as escort cards for the guests to grab and 'shake it on over to their table'". - Bride

We had a total of 42 guests travel all the way to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico for our wedding. Everyone was there for 3-5 days total, and we had events Thursday, Friday, and then Saturday was the wedding. This made it so that we really got to spend a lot of quality time with our guests, which was very important to us.

bridesmaids look at brides ring and swoon!

"Revelry was overall an amazing experience, they made everything such a seamless and easy process. The sample box option is the best idea and each of my bridesmaids took advantage of it before placing their order for their dress. I knew from the beginning that I wanted my bridesmaids to choose their own style of dress, I wanted to give them the option to choose something that would reflect their personal style, but also have a cohesive look. I decided on the color and the fabric and then they were able to choose whichever style they liked. I chose shades of blue, because I imagined it looking really pretty up against the ocean, during our ceremony. The dresses were perfect for a Mexico beach wedding. All of the girls were comfortable all night long in their dresses and they looked AMAZING!"

I have a lot of “favorite parts” of the Big Day. However, I have two moments that stuck out the most to me. The first was during our first look. We went back and forth almost to the day of the wedding, on whether or not we should do a first look and I am so glad that we did! The day of your wedding is so exciting, but it can also be very stressful, nerves can kick in and once the day gets going, you don’t really have a moment to yourselves. Being able to see my soon to be husband and have that moment of just the two of us, before our ceremony, was so special to us.

"My best friend put a ton of thought and work into her big day, I was thrilled to see it all come together as beautifully as it did! From the bridal party attire to the dinner table design and everything in between, the details were spot on!" – Rochelle, Bridesmaid

We decided on a choreographed dance as a special surprise for our parents and wedding guests. We had spent months practicing with an instructor and we were both so excited and nervous to perform the dance in front of our closest friends and family. The thoughts of messing up, being off beat, or falling were definitely running through our minds. However, once we were up there, together, everything went so smoothly and the guests just loved it! We were so happy that our hard work had paid off and we had so much fun doing it! I would highly recommend taking dance lessons to any bride and groom. It was such a fun bonding experience during the wedding process.
