At Revelry, we’re working hard to serve you -- business as usual -- through this unprecedented time. However, we’re taking extra care of our team and their loved ones by enforcing work from home and limiting contact with each other.
Here are a few frequently asked questions to keep you in the know:
ARE YOU STILL OPEN AND OPERATING?
We are! Our website is open 24/7 and we have no plans to stop accepting orders.
However, the safety of our team is top priority, so most of us are working from home every day to social distance ourselves.
Our fulfillment team is working in small shifts to limit contact with others as much as possible. We’re doing our best to create a safe and clean work environment to prevent any spread.
Right now, our adjusted working schedule has no impact on how we serve you. If we experience any changes out of our control as deemed by the WHO, CDC or government officials, you’ll be the first to know.
WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We ask that you return samples within 3 business days by scheduling a FedEx pick-up if you cannot leave your house. If you need an extension, please email us and we’re happy to accommodate. We're very understanding of extension needs during this time!
Because all of our final dresses are made-to-order for you, we do not accept returns. However, please email us if this situation arises and we’re happy to work with you.
ARE THERE DELAYS TO MAKE MY DRESS?
No! Right now, our manufacturing partners are operating with no delays. Our standard production time is 10 weeks. However, you may choose to rush production time for a surcharge to have your dress shipped in 7 weeks.
ARE THERE DELAYS WITH SHIPPING?
No shipping delays either! However, we do ask you please reach out if your ship date is within one month of the wedding so we can triple check the status of your order.
