Full-priced Ready-to-Ship dresses, suits, and separates that have not been worn or altered can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery.
Returns for Store Credit
Full-priced Ready-to-Ship dresses, suits, and separates that have not been worn or altered may be returned for store credit within 30 days of delivery without fees. Revelry will provide a prepaid return label, and once the item is received and inspected, you will receive store credit in the amount of the item cost, applicable tax, and your original shipping cost.
Swatches, Accessories, Sale Items, Fabric by the Yard, and Sample Ready-to-Ship dresses are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

Returns for Refund
Full-priced Ready-to-Ship dresses, suits, and separates that have not been worn or altered can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Revelry will provide a prepaid return label. Once the item is inspected, we will refund the purchase price and applicable tax, minus a $12 shipping fee per order. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns for Store Credit
Made-to-Order dresses, suits, and separates that have not been worn or altered can be returned for a refund for store credit within 14 days of delivery without fees. Revelry will provide a prepaid return label, and once the item is received and inspected, you will receive store credit in the amount of the item cost, applicable tax, and your original shipping cost.

Made-to-Order dresses, suits, and separates that have not been worn or altered can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery. Once received, we’ll refund the purchase price and applicable tax, minus a 25% restocking fee per item. Please note that shipping and rush fees are non-refundable. If you purchased a Home Try On or have a quality concern, please refer to our Quality Commitment information below.

We take pride in ensuring you're receiving a garment that reflects our dedication to fit and detail. Our Quality Commitment includes support for fit concerns and production issues.
Try-On Guarantee
We hold our home try-on samples to a fit standard. If your made-to-order garment doesn't fit the same as your try-on, we'll make it right.
To qualify for the Try-on Guarantee:
1. A Home Try-On must be completed for the same style and fabric prior to purchasing your Made-to-Order garment.
2. Your Made-to-Order item must be purchased within 4 months of your Home Try-On order.
If a concern arises, we will request your Home Try-On order number, photos, and garment measurements to determine the best resolution.
Depending on your timeline, Revelry will either replace the Made-to-Order garment in the same style and fabric in a different size at no additional cost or offer an alternative style, color, or resolution.
How to request support:
Please complete the Try-on Guarantee request form within five business days of delivery of your Made-to-Order garment. All tags must be attached, and the item must be unworn and unaltered. A prepaid return label and instructions will be provided.
Not covered:
Voluntary or preference-based alterations — including hemming, strap adjustments, or routine waist tailoring — are not included in the try-on guarantee policy.
Every Revelry garment is carefully crafted and inspected to meet our quality standards before it ships. If your item arrives with a production or quality concern, our team will work with you to make it right.

We will work with you based on your event timeline to find the best option. Revelry may offer a replacement, refund for the necessary repair, or another appropriate resolution.
