Since I am from Canada and home try-on is not an option, I was worried to order a made-to-order dress. I read every single review and watched too many TikTok try on videos with this dress. My measurements range between a size 2 and a 4 (bust size 2-4, hips size 2, waist size 2-4). The description recommended sizing down due to the open back style of the dress so I ordered a size 2. The description also states that the hip measurement will likely be the most important to consider. I would agree with that, and add that the bust measurement is also important to consider. I was stressed thinking about how the dress would fit but it turned out to be a great fit. A size 4 would have been too big and a 0 would have been too snug I think. The built in bra is a nice addition. However, I find the boning a little obvious looking but it's fine and doesn't look bad. The back of the dress is beautiful. My height is just under 5'2. I ordered the 40" length and it is a good length for me. It will graze the floor with a 2-3 inch heel on and isn't too long when wearing flat shoes as well. The fabric of the dress feels thick and of good quality. I don't believe I'll need any alterations done so that is a plus.
