The dress itself is gorgeous. I had ordered my dress for a wedding I am in with plenty of time for alterations. I apparently clicked petite 12 instead of regular 12. I had over the past 9 months ordered at least 5 different try ons so I know I am a 12. The petite 12 was very short (as expected) but also almost impossible to zip. I called customer service and was met with an attitude and absolutely no sympathy after now spending almost $400 on dresses. The only option I was given was to get a dress (that I hadn't tried on previously) in the same color and fabric, but now in a 14. I had to send my dress back to them and pay for shipping and then I received my dress within 2 weeks after. It's now being altered and I've spend almost $600 on this dress. I would have appreciated some kindness from customer service and understand they are "made to fit" but feel like there should be some leeway. The quality of the dress is wonderful and my caution to other people is to be very careful when ordering, and make sure to get your try ons.

I ordered dress at 8 months pregnant for my little sisters July 2025 Wedding. I gave birth in April and was hoping I would fit into my dress. 4 Weeks postpartum I tried on the dress and it didn't fit. Thankfully Revelry let me do an exchange and I was able to fit the dress and now I don't have to stress about loosing weight!! I am so thankful they were willing to work with me and that there was a dress in the same color. For reference I am 5'4 -174lbs and my bust is 40"-Hips 43"& Waist 38"! Would definitely purchase a dress here again if I need a wedding outfit/bridesmaid dress. Will be recommending to friends and family!
