The process from beginning to end was great. I got to try on for five different styles before purchasing. I have a wider upper torso and double D breasts so the fact that the dress comes with top support built-in was huge for me. Not having to worry about finding an uncomfortable strapless bra to wear was worth the purchase alone. The velvet style is forgiving and fit perfectly
