    Dress review

    The dress fits and I’m glad I went with the shorter length. Now I don’t need to get it altered. My only complaint is the front of the straps. It’s just tulle and so after just wearing the dress around the house for a little, my skin was irritated from the material rubbing. There is a softer material over the tulle for the back straps so I just wish that was carried to the front. I hope it’s an easy fix to have a barrier placed in the front otherwise I will be uncomfortable.

    Chafes under the arms

    The most important thing I can tell you about this dress is that I am almost 5'8 and I ordered the petite and it fit almost perfectly. It was maybe a hair short, so I wore flats, but the regular was so long, there was no chance of not having to get it hemmed. It also got pretty uncomfortable during the wedding under the arms and left some angry red marks where it was rubbing.

    Great colors, strong dress, but construct awkward

    Lovely color options, etheral look with the layers of tulle. Feels well-held together. The dress has a sturdy construction, but not necessarily built to hug the body. The top was large/low cut and gaping outward despite following the measurements for ordering, and taking up the straps made it uncomfortable on my arms as the tulle is not soft. the top was constructed to come to a point over the breasts, which was wrinkled and misaligned to my actual build. I went to great lengths with my own tools to minimize the crooked, pointy look. The length was also long and required tailoring (a fair amount given four layers must be cut). It is empire waisted and tulle does not lay flat, so it is not a slender/sleek look.

    Pretty dress

    Dress was very pretty. Did not fit on the top half, followed the measurements and ordered the size it said. Fit great at the waist and down.

    When my daughter put on

    When my daughter put on her dress, I had tears she was so beautiful. Its a gorgeous dress/color/fit. Its even better than I imagined.
