Great quality and pattern. My daughter did not want to take it off! The 2T fit my 14 month old, who’s in the ~50th percentile for height and weight, well except in the length. The dress has 3 tiered layers and one layer will need to be hemmed to prevent her from tripping but the rest of dress does not need a lot of alterations.
