I recently received my bridesmaids dress in the mail with plenty of time for alterations thanks to the customer service team at Revelry! Due to familial hospitalizations and other stressful events I missed the deadline to order my dress and it looked like I wouldnt be able to even get the dress but then I called and talk to a customer service rep and explained what happened. After hearing what happened and offering me prayer and well wishes they proceeded to work things on their end so that they could super-rush my order. They were so kind, empathetic, and helpful! It was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had! I cant say enough nice things about the folks at Revelry! I look stunning in the dress, the quality is fantastic and I highly recommend purchasing any and all bridal party and special event dresses from Reverly!
