    Never received swatch

    And if course its impossible to reach a real human to figure out where package is and if it can be retrieved. When I try to just reorder, now I'm getting charged eventhough first 5 swatches are supposed to be free and I only ordered the one... Absolute nightmare experience, will not use this company.

    Never received swatches

    My swatches never showed up, I’m not too heartbroken since they were free, however it does not convince me to buy a dress. Tracking never updated past when it was supposed to deliver, so I would hate if I had ordered a dress and it never showed up, with no additional information.

    bridesmaid swatches

    i ordered swatches to pick the color for my bridesmaid dresses & the process was beyond easy. once i decided, a few of my girls ordered their try-on dresses and they got them very quickly and the dresses are beautiful!

    Fantastic care shown

    I ordered some fabric swatches to pick out colors for bridesmaids dresses, and I was blown away with the amount of care put into the delivery of the swatches: from the folder, to the magazine, to my name handwritten on the top- it made me feel so special as a bride. I was trying to choose between Azazie and Revelry for my bridesmaids dresses, but the amount of care they put into the delivery of just some fabric swatches makes me feel more confident to choose Revelry, because I know that if something does go wrong with the delivery or the dresses theyll put in the care to make it right.
