I loved this dress online and on others, but I ordered my previous prom dress size (a 4), and it didn’t fit as expected in the waist or bust. The elastic didn’t help keep it up because it was still too big overall. In another style, I fit a size 6, so I’ve realized sizing can vary depending on the design. With strapless styles in particular, the fit in the waist is especially important since the dress needs to sit securely there, or it will fall even if the bust feels tight. I ultimately went with the size 6 in a different style.

Due to losing weight and not knowing what size I currently am, Revelry's home try-on helped put a stop to that mystery! I'm 5'6 and 235 lbs. The Velentina size 18 fit perfectly and I really like how it already has cups sewn in. It's comfortable, supportive and no shapewear was worn in these photos. I would recommend to size up at least one size from your regular clothing size with this one.

Returning the samples was easy as they provide the return label so all I had to do was remove the old shipping sticker, apply the new label, tape up the box and drop off at my local FedEx.
