    Bad policies

    If youre going to charge for a try before you buy, you can also accept returns for store credit / a different dress size. The fact that I had to order several sizes up from my usual size to find a dress that fit and you dont do returns/exchanges for store credit is ridiculous.

    Bridesmaid dress

    Zipper gets stuck 1/3 of the way down

    Material is very heavy

    Never got an email saying my dress was being shipped or when to expect it by

    The top is just way too large

    This dress is for those with larger breasts and a small waist. Even with alterations, the top was just too large.

    EVEN TOO BIG FOR LARGE BUSTS

    I AM A CURVY LADY WITH A SMALL WAIST AND LARGE BUST AND THIS WAS *STILL* TOO BIG IN THE TOP. THE "BUILT-IN CUPS" ARE NOT SHAPED FOR REAL BREASTS AND, AS A RESULT, WILL NEED TO BE ALTERED.

    Website was easy to navigate and my dresses arrived sooner than expected! I also love that they're much more affordable than ordering through a bridal shop.
