The Art of Mix and Matching 2.0

Earlier this year, we released our first ever lookbook showcasing mix and match styles in different fabrics and prints. When it comes to planning your bridal party, we still believe there are no rules.

With the launch of our new velvet collection, we’ve become obsessed seeing our Revelry Real Brides starting to incorporate new fabrics in their bridal party. “Our velvet collection was the inspiration behind Desert Sunset” says Revelry Creative Director, Dana. “We wanted to highlight looks you can create for your own wedding, by blending a variety of our styles and fabrics!” With a lot of our brides planning for next fall, we wanted to showcase “earthy toned color blocking and warm sunset ombre color pallets.” - Michelle, Revelry CEO.

Whether you’re looking for the complete boho rainbow or simply want to add a bit of texture to your look, we've got you covered!

Sunset Hues

Left: Dakota in Terracotta | Middle: Juliet in Cinnamon Rose, Dakota in Terracotta, Ainsley in Rust | Right: Juliet in Cinnamon Rose

In our book, fall weddings are becoming more and more popular. What better way to celebrate than to add a bit of warmth to your big day? In this look, we’ve paired our Cinnamon Rose chiffon with the deep warmth of Terracotta and Rust! Revelry’s Creative Director, Dana, wanted to style “looks that influence our brides to discover new possibilities with our dresses!”. The dark undertones of terracotta bring out the rust and rosey blushes to create the most autumnal lineup.

Desert Blues

Kennedy in Romantic blue, Bardot in Royal Blue, Kennedy in Dusty Blue

Here we took our Kennedy (a convertible dress!) and wore the detachable sleeves off the shoulder to show off that sweetheart neckline. We paired it with our Bardot velvet gown, which complements the same matching neckline! We love the subtle look of this mix and match moment - two different styles, with similar elements, to create a pop in the uniformed look.

Style tip: Place your MOH in the dress that differentiates so she can stand out!

For the brides who want to go velvet alllll the way: you can easily mix and match our blue hues! “The possibilities with our color collection in our luxurious velvet fabrics are endless” - Michelle, CEO + Designer

Boho Rainbow

Gwen in Sage, Drew in Terracotta, Skye in Champagne, Riley in Mustard, Reese in Dusty Rose

The perfect line up for the boho bride. Color block those soft tones with a few pops of warm hues and you’ve created a boho rainbow! Again, there are no color rules! Revelry CEO + Founder, Michelle’s, “favorite mix and match color combination is our earthy pink and orange sunset ombre. It is an absolute showstopper that is paradoxically trendy and timeless.”

No matter what your wedding vibe is, we’re here to help you achieve your dream mix and match look!
