Revelry's Commit to Fit Policy

In order to be eligible for Revelry’s Commit to Fit, you must have participated in our Home Try-On service in the same style and fabric as your made-to-order garment. Made-to-order items must have been ordered within 4 months of the home try-on order to qualify. In the event of a fit concern, you will be asked to provide an order number for your Home Try-On order as well as photos and measurements of the made-to-order dress you received. Revelry will aim to replace the dress in the same fabric and style, and in a different size at no additional cost, if the customer timeline permits. Because our garments are made-to-order, a replacement dress can take up to 6 weeks to be delivered to you. In the event a customer’s timeline does not provide enough time for a garment to be re-made, Revelry may offer a replacement garment in a similar style or color. Additional resolutions may be offered if applicable.

Customers must reach out to Revelry no later than 5 business days after their made-to-order garment was delivered. All tags must be attached, and the garment must not have been worn or altered. Revelry will provide instructions and a pre-paid label to return the garment. 

For the purposes of the Home Try-On Fit Commitment, a fit concern is defined as the Home Try-On item fitting well, leading the customer to order a specific size in made-to-order; then the made-to-order garment does not fit well/fit like the home try-on.

Voluntary/preferential alterations such as hemming for length, shortening straps, or taking in/letting out at the waist are not covered by this Fit policy.
